During the 2020 harvest the Blank Bottle team picked 165 tons from about 80 vineyards; 35 different varietals – anything from Fernao Pirez to Cabernet, and last year they bottled well over 40 different wines (which is a staggering amount for a boutique producer). Prolific production with a gripping story attached to each wine, insures that Pieter is never short on wine, nor words.
