100% Chenin Blanc ( 44 year old vines)

This wine is made from a singe vineyard planted in 1981 on the slopes of the Paardeberg on decomposed Granite soils in the Swartland.
Gentle whole cluster pressed. No yeast or enzymes added.
Wine matured and fermented for 10 months in older neutral 500l French barrels.Un-fined with coarse filtration.
