The grapes are from a dryland bush vine vineyard in Piekenierskloof. Fermentation with 25% stems. No yeast or enzymes added. Wine matured for 10 months in old neutral 500l French barrels. Un-fined with coarse filtration.

Description
These grapes are from a Dryland bush vine vineyard in Piekenierskloof. Light extraction in the cellar. No yeast, acid, or enzymes were added. The maiden vintage of this wine was made in honor of the birth of my first-born daughter, Lua Ilse, born in 2019.
