B Vintner is the Stellenbosch-born collaboration of cousins Bruwer Raats and Gavin Bruwer Slabbert, exploring the Cape’s heritage varieties and exceptional vineyard sites. With a light touch and a deep respect for place, their wines bring together old vines, distinctive terroir and a fresh perspective on South Africa’s vinous heritage. A tasting with Gavin is a chance to go beyond what’s in the glass. Expect stories from the vineyards, insight into the people and places behind the wines, and a closer look at what makes Stellenbosch such a compelling wine region. Gavin brings an easy, engaging energy to the table, making this as much about discovery and conversation as it is about tasting exceptional wines.
