FreeBacco Estate Winery and their Tuscan-inspired modern cellar are situated in the heart of the beautiful Paarl winelands, Western Cape, South Africa. The first 15 hectares of vines were planted in 2016 and are meticulously managed to produce a low crop of consistent ultra-premium quality grapes.
Winemaking at Baccō is an art, where tradition is revered but enhanced by the use of cutting-edge innovation and modern technology.
