Grapes sourced from two sites. One situated in the cool climate region of Elgin where grapes are subjected to a long, slow ripening period that contributes to the racy acidity and concentration of flavours in this wine. The other site is a vineyard, planted in Stellenbosch, adding texture and salinity to the wine.

Alluring notes of juicy white peach, fynbos, lemongrass, and cardamom. Marmalade on toast with a touch of lime blankets the palette. Harmonized by a backbone of linear minerality, leading to a refined, saline finish that leaves a lasting impression. Concentrated yet gracefully restrained.
