Atlas Swift Wines is a boutique, terroir-driven project founded by husband-and-wife team Martin and Welma Smith, built on the idea of sourcing fruit from some of the Cape’s most distinctive regions rather than a single estate. Based in Franschhoek, the winery works across areas like Cederberg, Robertson, Wellington and the Cape South Coast, crafting small-batch Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon with a minimalist, Old World-inspired approach. The result is a focused, site-expressive range of wines that emphasise precision, texture, and a clear sense of origin over heavy-handed winemaking.
