Seeing as Blank Bottle conceived their first labels on Microsoft Word; the above quote seems to encompass the brand as well as the proprietor and winemaker Pieter Walser. During the 2020 harvest the Blank Bottle team picked 165 tons from about 80 vineyards; 35 different varietals – anything from Fernao Pirez to Cabernet, and last year they bottled well over 40 different wines (which is a staggering amount for a boutique producer). Prolific production with a gripping story attached to each wine, insures that Pieter is never short on wine, nor words.

The line-up of the evening will only be confirmed closer to the time. You can imagine choosing wines from a selection of over 40 isn’t the easiest task, but we also cannot taste through them all. What we can promise is exceptional wines and exceptional story telling.
