Domaine Long-Depaquit Chablis 2016:
In northern Burgundy the Chablis region covers an approximately 15km radius around the village of the same name. It was the monks of the Cistercian abbey of Pontigny who began growing vines in the region. Chablis is located at the south-eastern extremity of the Paris Basin. The grapes used to craft this Chablis at the Domaine Long-Depaquit estate come from a mosaic of terroirs, which lends remarkable complexity to the wine.
Gabriel Meffre Cotes-du-Rhone Laurus Blanc 2017:
The selected parcels originate from two distinct terroirs. One located in the East Gard area, on the right bank of the Rhône river, where the alluvial terraces, hard limestone, large river stones and sand provide finesse, acidity and elegance. The other in the Vaucluse, on the left bank, where the rich clay and limestone pebbles provide an overall opulence.
This is rounded and creamy in feel, with pretty melon, yellow apple and salted butter notes. There’s a light flash of almond on the finish. A tasty crowd-pleaser.

Château du Petit Thouars Chinon – 2016
Château du Petit Thouars is a beautiful family estate in the heart of the Loire Valley, which has been in the family since 1636 and their ancestry, a diplomat for the Richelieu Cardinal. The clay-limestone plateau of tufa sitting overlooking the valley offers an ideal terroir for the Cabernet Franc vines. The harvest is done on a later stage for a riper and more mature style, and the vinification is then performed as follows: wine drop, ageing 6 months in tank to preserve freshness and fruit complexity.

Chateau Des Demoiselles 2014
Situated between Saint-Emilion and Castillon-la-Bataille, Château des Demoiselles is one of the best-known properties of the area, not only thanks to the quality of its wines but also to its historic past. The name “Demoiselles” derives from the Middle Ages when the property was run by a group of nuns who took care of the vines and kindly taught the children from the parish.
From an Intense crimson color, the nose reveals delicate and complex aromas of red fruits, oaky vanilla and mocha. In the palate, it unravels velvety tannins, robust and complex flavours, and a beautifully rounded finish.
