Grapes are handled “the natural way” without any chemical additions and crushed straight to barrel for fermentation and left for a further 6 months.
An obviously inviting nose of peaches, melon, and spice with a musky, floral and nutty undertone.
On the palate, the melon and spice follow through with a delicious rounded, yet fresh finish. It’s a playful wine with a serious edge and utterly delicious.
