DESCRIPTION:Founded in 2015 by winemaker Stephanie Wiid and viticulturist Etienne Terblanche\, Thistle and Weed is a special collaboration where two very pivotal sides of winemaking meet to create these beautiful wines. This truly is a powerhouse team and the two of them have searched for\, discovered and nurtured some very special vineyard sites in the Cape. Their approach is very natural and respectful of nature with the intension to truly allow the wines to reflect the terroir that they are from.
