DESCRIPTION:Join us this Saturday as we sip on some South African history. \nLeeuwenkuil means Lions Lair and this name was attributed to the farm as homage to the Cape Lions that roamed these lands a very long time ago. Here we already see that we are not dealing with a family farm that is vaguely new to the game of growing grapes and winemaking in Swartland. On the contrary\, this farm can be considered to be a part of Swartland’s Heritage. The Dreyer’s own Leeuwenkuil and have been custodians of this farm since 1693.
