DESCRIPTION:Taste the delicate freshness and mineral structure of these organically-grown estate wines. The farm is situated on the slopes of the Simonsberg mountains where granite outcrops play an important role in the character of the wines. \nAll the wines are made with grapes from their own property\, showcasing the true sense of place. By working with the same vineyards over many vintages\, one develops an intuition about the strengths and characteristics of each batch. \nIn the cellar\, they use a light touch\, to allow the natural flavours of our grapes shine in the glass. The use of additives\, fining\, filtration\, and other treatments that could change the flavour of the wines are avoided. the aim is to faithfully preserve the fresh\, naturalistic\, and happy presence of the vineyards into the bottle. \nCome and taste the following wines with us: \nSur Lie Chenin Blanc 2023\nField Atlas 2021 (Syrah / Mourvèdre / Viognier / Grenache Noir)\nEstate Reserve 2021 (Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot / Cabernet Franc / Petit Verdot) \nNo need to reserve seats.
