DESCRIPTION:The Du Toit family have been proprietors of the Kloovenburg farm since 1956\, and in the last (almost) 7 decades have been farming the land in Riebeek Kasteel. Only in 1997 did the Du Toit family (including a certain Springbok lock) produce their first vintage of Pinotage. A vintage producing only 200 Bottles\, and no more. Subsequently in 1998\, the Swartland farmers produced 10 tons of Shiraz and 10 tons of Pinotage to produce their first wines under the Kloovenberg label. \nSince then they have release various examples of stunning wine\, including their 8 Feet range: A homage to their 4 children and their invaluable help in the cellar. \nLineup: \nThe Village Red 2024 \n8 Feet White 2023 \nGarnacha Peluda 2023 \nGrenache Brut NV \nPlease join us at Wine Menu as we taste through some of Kloovenbergs wines. \n
