Baccō Estate brings a distinctly Italian spirit to the Paarl Winelands. The estate grew from Nathan Jankelowitz’s passion for the great wines of Tuscany and his vision to create something equally special in South Africa.

At Baccō, time is considered the ultimate luxury. The team takes a patient approach in both the vineyard and cellar, with minimal intervention and careful attention to each site and vintage. Their modern, Tuscan-inspired cellar combines traditional winemaking with new technology, allowing the fruit and terroir to shine through.
