DESCRIPTION:Join us for a really special vertical tasting of the incredible Neil Ellis Cabernet Sauvignon through the decades\, with Neil Ellis himself. \nWe will be tasting eight vintages of Neil Ellis’s flagship Cabernet Sauvignon from the Jonkershoek Valley. Neil Ellis will be looking back and taking us through some of his favourite vintages before he handed over the winemaking to his son Warren. This is a really special tasting and one of the last that Neil Ellis will do before his sons take over his incredible legacy. \nVintages that we shall be tasting:\n1999\, 2003\, 2006\, 2014\, 2015\, 2016\, 2017 & 2018 \nSnacks will be served from 5:30 and the tasting starts promptly at 6pm. \nThis will be a sit down tutored tasting. \nIn the interest of your fellow tasters\, please do not wear any perfume or cologne.
