DESCRIPTION:Momento began in 2013 while Marelise Niemann was winemaker at Beaumont Family Wines in Botrivier.\nShe has since become known for wines of purity\, elegance and honesty\, working with old vines in Botrivier\, Swartland and Piekenierskloof\, putting terroir front and centre. The first winemaker in South Africa to make 4 individual\, site specific Grenache Noirs. \nMarelise has a deep understanding of soils and her particular love for Grenache is evident when she starts speaking of the variety.
