SUMMARY:Creation Tasting - Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Celebration
DESCRIPTION:Jean-Claude and Carolyn Martin bought a 40ha piece of land in the Hemel and Aarde Ridge in 2002\, which has never been planted to grapes. The vision of establishing a model wine farm and realising the potential of the area might have seemed a bit crazy at the time. Put two determined people together\, with wine practically running through their veins\, and see how the dream becomes reality. Today Creation stands proudly as one of the Hemel and Aarde big success stories\, growing by popularity and quality year after year. \nHemel & Aarde has a big focus on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir\, due to the cool maritime climate. Over the years JC has perfected the art of working with these two varieties\, making it possible to present a focussed tasting. \nWe are delighted to welcome JC to persent to us the following Creation wines \nEstate Chardonnay 2021\nReserve Chardonnay 2021\nArt of Chardonnay 2019 and 2020\nEstate Pinot Noir 2021\nReserve Pinot Noir 2020\nArt of Pinot Noir 2019 and 2020
